Wali Razaqi (born January 25, 1979) is an American film producer and actor. He is of Afghan descent.〔(Shooting history )〕 He is the founder of Raz Entertainment, a film and television production company. At age 21, Wali Razaqi and produced his first feature film ''In the Wrong Hands'' (2002).〔(In The Wrong Hands (2002)- IMDb )〕 The action comedy screened theatrically in ten cities across the US and Canada.
